Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Step into a AR Clerk position in Monroe and support daily accounting tasks with detail, accuracy, and a touch of magic. You'll manage invoices, payments, and financial records that keep the whole operation moving.

What We Require

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred)
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to analyze aging reports
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

What Your Workday Includes

• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Process and record customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, wire transfers)
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
• Follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email
• Prepare aging reports and AR summaries
• Apply credits and adjustments when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues
• Support audits by providing required documentation
