Job Title: Factory Innovation PMO

Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Overview
The Factory Innovation PMO Lead provides governance, structure, and execution discipline for complex factory transformation and innovation programs. This role ensures delivery predictability across manufacturing digital initiatives by integrating program management rigor, agile execution, and proactive risk mitigation while serving as a key interface between client stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program management and PMO governance for factory innovation initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
  • Oversee delivery of manufacturing digital systems (e.g., MES, digital manufacturing platforms, automation enablement) in alignment with business outcomes.
  • Establish and operate agile methodologies at scale, including sprint cadence, backlog visibility, and cross team coordination.
  • Own project risk mitigation, including RAID management, dependency tracking, escalation, and corrective action planning.
  • Drive strong stakeholder management, aligning plant leadership, IT, digital teams, and external vendors through clear communication and decision forums.
Core Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading PMO functions for large scale manufacturing or industrial transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing digital systems and factory floor enablement.
  • Hands on experience applying agile delivery models within complex, multi vendor environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in risk identification, mitigation, and recovery for mission critical programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and executive level reporting skills.
