Job Title: Senior Technical Lead (Full Stack). Location: Plano, TX. Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused primarily on back-end development, guiding the team through migration efforts, building new microservices, and ensuring smooth deployments in AWS. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a development team, with a focus on back-end systems. Drive migration from legacy platforms to modern architectures. Design and develop connectors for new initiatives and integrations. Build microservices leveraging AI tools for infrastructure automation, code scanning, and reporting. Work across the full stack: front-end (React, JavaScript) and back-end (Java Spring). Oversee deployment pipelines in AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability. Implement and utilize monitoring tools to maintain production health and performance. Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and coding tools to continuously improve development practices. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in full-stack environments. Strong expertise in Java Spring for back-end development. Solid front-end development skills with React and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and cloud-native architectures. Familiarity with monitoring tools and production support workflows. Experience in platform migration projects and building connectors for enterprise systems. Exposure to AI-driven development tools for microservices and infrastructure automation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes: Passion for hands-on coding and technical problem-solving. Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution.
