Job Description
Audio/Visual Support Engineer who is highly motivated, energetic, and an IT client service professional. As a member of the Engineering Concierge AV Team the candidate would be responsible for direct IT support to members of the executive team with a strong focus on Conference Center audio-visual equipment and user experience/interaction. The Engineering Concierge AV Team will also focus on service delivery management, and customer support.

Job Duties
  • Provide end-user white-glove support in the Research Conference Center for all audiovisual, videoconference, and presentation needs.
  • Maintain conference center and control room videoconference and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot conference center equipment and implement alternate solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate with meeting and event organizers, conference center staff, and communications team to anticipate support and equipment needs.
  • Serve as control room crew for major events and symposia, running audio, camera, switcher, etc., as needed.
  • Assist site visitors and customers with presentation needs and technologies.
Must Have Skills
Crestron Control systems, Cisco Telepresence systems, Microsoft Teams systems and software, Video Encoding, Advanced video production set-up and tear-down (video flow routing), Robotic Camera Control systems, Audio board/microphone set-up and usage (handheld and lapel microphones) Must have Basic Troubleshooting skill For Windows, Ios, and hardware. Must have working knowledge of Av equipment and software Windows, editing software, Must be able to edit Videos recordings.

Good to Have Skills
  • Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation.
  • Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills.
  • Client interaction and escalation management.
