Job Title: Training Coordinator. Location: Austin, TX. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate TEL US training for internal and external customers. Training may include TEL semiconductor process tools/systems, University training and/or employee required training Maintain training database, records, class rosters, completion certificates and customer billing/credit transactions Support trainers in classroom preparation and set up Assist customers in scheduling classes and may assist with necessary travel arrangements Generate quotes for classes based on established procedures Prepare and submit monthly training reports for TEL billing Assist trainers in maintenance of training materials inventory and distribution of training materials to students as needed Resolve problems that arise with use of the Learning Management System and Web Based Training by internal and external customers Interact on a Global level with internal and external customers Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required Familiar with Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access database or relevant database programs Strong organizational skills Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Crystal Reports, and other similar systems preferred Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
