Are you a seasoned insights professional ready to drive strategic decisions at a global scale? We're seeking a dynamic individual to champion the evolution of our client's brand health measurement, transforming complex data into compelling narratives that influence leadership worldwide. This is an unparalleled opportunity to act as a "product manager" for a critical global research program, shaping how a leading brand understands its customers and competitive landscape across numerous international markets. Your expertise will directly inform high-level strategy, ensuring our client remains at the forefront of consumer engagement.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Program Leadership:** Spearhead the daily operations and strategic direction of a comprehensive Global Brand Health Tracker, spanning numerous continuous and quarterly snapshot markets.

* **Vendor Management:** Oversee and cultivate relationships with multiple external partners specializing in research fieldwork and data processing, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outputs.

* **Strategic Storytelling:** Develop and deliver insightful quarterly reports and executive-ready presentations, translating brand health metrics, competitive positioning, and consumer challenges into actionable recommendations for global stakeholders.

* **Data Expertise:** Skillfully interpret ad-hoc data requests, discerning meaningful trends from statistical noise to provide precise and impactful insights that drive business decisions.

* **Global Collaboration:** Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of internal stakeholders across media, creative, and strategy teams worldwide, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 5-7 years of robust experience in high-level market research, brand tracking, or advanced data analytics.

* **Global Acumen:** Demonstrated success in managing large-scale research initiatives across multiple countries and diverse locales simultaneously.

* **Individual Contribution:** A proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable diving deep into data and owning the end-to-end process of insight generation and reporting.

* **Statistical Foundation:** Strong understanding of statistical significance (e.g., 95% confidence levels), regression modeling, MaxDiff, and TURF analysis, with the ability to interpret complex statistical outputs.

* **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced expertise in Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for crafting compelling, data-driven narratives.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* **Industry Background:** Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments is highly valued, with a significant preference for backgrounds in large-scale consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies or global retail.

* **Software Familiarity:** Familiarity with research software such as SPSS or Tableau to effectively interface with external vendors.
