What this job involves:

This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with GREF's key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple-interrelated project streams as part of overarching program supporting Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable client's employees to innovate and delight customers. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring projects are tightly aligned with organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives, collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plan, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless project management and strategic program delivery as part of Global Delivery Partners program that drives and supports consistency and scalability for delivery of non-construction projects, processes, and documentation across all regions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Ensure projects are tightly aligned with organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives while collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plan
  • Proactively identify opportunities for projects to drive innovation and competitive advantage while managing complex, multi-stream projects with highest level of organizational priority
  • Coordinate work of cross-functional teams including other project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain clear project governance structure including decision-making processes and escalation procedures
  • Monitor program progress while identifying and mitigating risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions
  • Implement processes and tools to drive continuous improvement across the program while analyzing project performance data and identifying areas for process optimization and operational efficiency
  • Champion culture of innovation and encourage team members to propose new ideas and solutions
  • Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and drive desired outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in managing global strategic programs and projects ideally in real estate and facilities where deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processes
  • Ability to work on multi-workstream programs while managing operational teams across different geographies
  • Track record of serving as trusted strategic partner to senior executives
  • Ability to operate in global environment by understanding culture, building trust and engaging with team members that may share different perspectives
  • Strategic thinker who aligns projects with organizational priorities, drives innovation and competitive advantage, and translates business objectives into actionable plans
  • Skilled project manager who handles complex, multi-stream programs, establishes governance structures, and maintains program health through risk mitigation and corrective actions
  • Continuous improvement advocate who implements optimization processes, analyzes data for operational efficiency, and cultivates innovative team environment
  • Effective stakeholder manager who communicates with executive leadership, manages diverse expectations, and negotiates consensus on project deliverables
  • Excellent level of English is mandatory with candidate being confident, articulate, and persuasive speaker
  • Excellent computer skills and experience working with Asana, Smartsheets, Wockdocs, Quip, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodology including Lean Six Sigma
  • Proven team leader who builds and leads high-performing teams, coaches project managers and team members, and promotes accountability and collaboration
  • Strong business acumen with industry knowledge, ability to evaluate program impact on organizational growth, and adapt strategies to changing business needs
  • Technical proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with understanding in technical project aspects and data-driven analysis capabilities
  • Change management expertise with ability to develop and execute strategies while navigating organizational dynamics and facilitating process adoption
  • Additional languages beyond English
  • Experience ensuring program of projects not only meets deadlines but also drives continuous improvement and innovation
  • Background continuously evaluating program's impact on organization's competitive position and long-term growth
  • Understanding of recommending strategic adjustments to program based on changing business needs and market dynamics.
