Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and project coordination? We are seeking a dynamic professional to step into a pivotal role, directly supporting product design teams and ensuring the seamless flow of creative projects. In this exciting position, you will be instrumental in bringing imaginative concepts to life, impacting the development of new products and experiences that resonate with a global audience. Your organizational prowess and collaborative spirit will be key to driving projects forward and maintaining the high standards of a world-class creative environment.

**What You'll Do:**

* Create and manage tracking tools to provide timely status updates on samples and approvals, ensuring project transparency.

* Process product and packaging approvals efficiently through online systems.

* Actively participate in collaborative meetings, guiding the team on critical timeline deliverables.

* Update product decks for line reviews and prepare compelling presentation materials for executive meetings.

* Accurately input and update product information within the product management system.

* Provide essential tactical support for Product Design teams, including maintaining show rooms and preparing samples for presentations.

* Master the art of multi-tasking and prioritize multiple product-related projects, navigating varying levels of complexity with ease.

* Support the product design team with comprehensive sample reviews and meticulous design documentation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree.

* 1-3 years of professional experience; this is an excellent entry-level opportunity.

* Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills to effectively balance multiple tasks and assignments.

* Proven ability to build and maintain impactful product decks and presentation materials.

* An understanding of popular entertainment brands, characters, and stories.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

* Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

* Strong graphic and layout skills, coupled with an artistic understanding of composition and color.

* Experience and passion for design across various disciplines (e.g., graphic design, industrial design, toy design, print design).
