Electrical Apprentice Job Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire Work Location: On-site (local job sites) Schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday , Day Shift (overtime as needed) Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning the electrical trade and building a long-term career. The apprentice will work under the supervision of licensed electricians and receive hands-on training in electrical installation and maintenance. Responsibilities * Assist electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance * Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components * Use hand and power tools safely and correctly * Follow all safety procedures and job site rules * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Support basic troubleshooting tasks * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications * Strong interest in learning the electrical trade * Comfortable with hands-on, physical work * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders * Basic hand tool experience or willingness to learn * Reliable transportation and punctual attendance * Positive attitude and ability to take direction Requirements: * Must be able to pass a drug screen * Must be able to pass a BGC * Must have reliable transportation you are required to meet at all sites Previous experience in electrical, construction, warehouse, or mechanical work is a plus, but not required.
