Job Description




Pay Range: $32.00 - $36.75 / Hour paid WEEKLY with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Intelligence Analyst . The Global Security Intelligence Analyst provides crisis management assistance to a high-profile client. The Global Security Specialist will coordinate with other team members in alerts globally to sites and employees when needed. This role will also help develop AI tools that assist with crisis management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Build, lead, manage, and motivate teams in a dynamic, rapidly evolving and cross-functional environment that is centered around the use of people, process and technology to ensure life-safety, security and resiliency at customer corporate and administrative sites
  • Provide support to the business in detecting, analyzing and escalating issues which may be impactful to life safety or facility security
  • Ensure compliance with client expectations and policies, monitor assets and make rapid notifications via mass communication tools to stakeholders
  • Supervise the implementation of new technologies and business processes to improve efficiency; lead the team by providing both strategic direction and hands-on guidance to team members
  • Provide enterprise detection and coordinated response to physical security, safety and business continuity events, and operational efficiency
  • Develop AI driven models and automation tools to enhance security intelligence, crisis response
  • Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) as per client service agreement
  • Develop and maintain security-services performance metrics and related reports

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work history utilizing security platforms, preferably in a centralized communication center environment
  • Prior work experience managing complex people, process and technical projects
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that support positive change
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement
  • Sound communications skills, whether writing, speaking or presenting
  • Capacity to master incident management, critical event management, mass communications platforms
  • Understanding of physical security identity and access management platforms and video management systems
  • Adept at managing crises; provide front-line leadership in coordinating responses to a myriad crisis situations
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Prior military or law enforcement experience
  • College degree program in engineering, computer science, or mathematics
