As a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Watch in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic public-facing location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a municipal location.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public-facing areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with visitor interactions, directions, and other security-related support duties in alignment with site expectations.
• Support a professional environment by observing activity, reporting policy violations and/or hazards, and coordinating with local contacts or first responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
