Security Officer Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Scout in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, deliveries, and/or after-hours access requests.
• Support workplace operations by assisting with incident reports, following post orders, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel regarding daily activities and changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
