As an Industry Growth Leader, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expansion within specific industries by leveraging the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will be responsible for understanding industry trends, identifying customer needs, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including the national sales office, marketing, and solution architects, to develop and execute growth strategies, client acquisition, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, partners, and potential customers.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with and lead the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, value propositions, and sales collateral. Provide guidance and lead in customer engagements to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives. Showcase the value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and articulate how they can address customer challenges and drive business growth while expanding RSM presence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and solution architects, to develop industry-specific marketing campaigns, solutions, and service offerings.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Drive towards defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to obtain success of industry growth initiatives. Monitor and report on the progress of growth strategies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry and targeted industries: Government Contracting or Public Sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its capabilities, particularly in relation to industry-specific solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and its role in driving business transformation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers and attend industry events.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
