Description This position is located in Traverse City and is looking for an individual who can be customer-focused, personal, accurate, and has timely services utilizing multiple technologies and resources. The position is the first point of contact for help regarding technical devices. This position will be responsible for, but is not limited to: Printer installations, laptop/desktop computer deployment, new device troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
