About the Role As an Account Manager - Customer Solutions, you'll serve as a trusted partner to customers throughout their product lifecycle. You'll work closely with internal engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting, seamless order entry, and exceptional service delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or technical industry experience who enjoys fast-paced, customercentric work. What You'll Do * Provide customerfocused support throughout the quoting, order entry, and fulfillment process * Review concept engineering prints to create accurate estimates and quotes * Support evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams during product development * Maintain ongoing customer communication to ensure satisfaction and timely service * Manage products and orders through the ERP system and coordinate with key departments * Assist customers with time-sensitive tasks, projects, and product questions * Navigate multiple product lines and services in a fast-paced, technical environment What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) * 2+ years of sales, account management, or customer service experience-manufacturing experience strongly preferred * Experience serving customers in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, or industrial sectors * Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously * Comfort working with ERP systems and technical product information Top Skills * Client Relationship Management * Account Management * Customer-Focused Problem Solving * Cross-Functional Collaboration Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL.
