Description This resource will be a highly visible resource providing executive support and communications to Kyndryl and Medstar C-Level Executives This resource will also provide executive level reporting to Kyndryl specifically for the Washington Hospital Site The role will be daily onsite at Washington Hospital and may occasionally require client site to site travel. Must have prior experience providing reporting (field support/tickets) Role Priority #1 Overall site leadership and field support accountability: Customer Service/Customer 1st Role Priority #2 Windows 10 Deskside Support to C Level Executive/VIP/Executive Leaders Role Priority #2 Site status reporting: Daily client support metrics (how many tickets are open/which are priority) Solving and managing high priority tickets on a day to day basis General Deskside Support experience: oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oExperience with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Skills IBM, W7 Top Skills Details IBM,W7 Additional Skills & Qualifications This resource will be on call from time to time for escalations after hours or weekends as required to support the customer.
