Call Center Representative - Mortgage Servicing *Phoenix, AZ | Onsite | Full-Time*
We're looking for dependable and customerfocused Call Center Representatives to support homeowners with mortgage servicing inquiries. This is a highvolume call center role suited for professionals who are comfortable on the phone, enjoy helping customers, and value stability in their work history. What You'll Be Doing * Handle a *mix of inbound and outbound calls* related to mortgage servicing * Assist homeowners with: * Payments and escrow inquiries * General servicing questions * Website assistance and payoff processing * Spend part of your day making *outbound reminder calls* using an autodialer to discuss upcoming or pastdue payments (this is *not a collections role*) * Identify eligible customers for refinancing and refer them to the appropriate team * Follow call escalation processes and route concerns as needed * Use internal servicing systems and meet performance standards Call Environment & Metrics * Monthly average of *350 calls* * Approximately *35-40 rightparty contacts per day* * Performance measured by: * Quality and firstcall resolution * Schedule adherence * Customer satisfaction (goal: 90%+) * Wrap time (1-3 minutes) Experience & Skills * 2-3 years of recent call center or mortgage servicing experience preferred * Comfortable handling highvolume inbound and outbound calls * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience in mortgage, loans, banking, or financial services is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Important Employment Expectations * Stable work history is required * No frequent job changes or employment gaps over one year * At least one year of tenure in recent roles is preferred * Reliability and professionalism are essential for success in this role Training & Schedule * *Mandatory onsite training - 3 weeks* * Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM * Must be completed with full attendance * Regular shift: * 9:00 AM-6:00 PM * Adjusts to 8:00 AM-5:00 PM after daylight savings time ends Compensation * *$19.50/hour* * *$20.50/hour for bilingual candidates* *Experience Level:* Entrylevel professionals with call center experience *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
