Responsibilities may vary by department but can include:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and team projects
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting
• Support cross-functional initiatives
• Prepare presentations, documentation, or communications
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Perform administrative or coordination tasks as needed

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college/university
• Must reside in a HUBZone (check your location at the SBA HUBZone Map here)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
