• Lead transformative innovation initiatives that spark creativity, intrapreneurship, and continuous improvement.
• Shape and manage the Innovation Focus Area portfolio, including strategy, prioritization, and annual roadmaps.
• Drive annual and multiyear technology plans to ensure aligned, wellresourced, and highquality execution.
• Provide strategic direction and handson leadership for global technology programs delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee resource and financial planning to ensure efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
• Foster strong collaboration across global teams and stakeholders to remove barriers and enable seamless execution.
• Build and manage partnerships with research institutions, industry bodies, and external collaborators.
• Champion responsible innovation by promoting design thinking, emerging technologies, and robust governance standards.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in the transformers industry, including leadership in a global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market trends into strategic technology roadmaps.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Experience converting insights into validated innovation solutions, with excellent communication and stakeholderengagement capabilities.
• Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, budget management, and multiregion collaboration.
