ABOUT THE ROLE

The Telerik Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications with a strong focus on Telerik Reporting, Telerik UI components, and mobile application development. This role supports both modern and legacy systems, delivering high-quality reporting solutions, intuitive user interfaces, and mobile tools that support field and office operations. The developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.



  • Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually
  • Work Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based only)

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Design, develop, and maintain Telerik Reports including parameterized, interactive, and exportable formats
  • Build and enhance Telerik UI components such as grids, charts, schedulers, and report viewers
  • Integrate Telerik solutions into ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web Forms, and desktop applications
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications for field teams, inspectors, and project managers
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization between mobile applications and backend systems
  • Implement and support document workflows using PDFTron for generation, annotation, and automation
  • Maintain and enhance legacy ColdFusion applications as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance, reporting efficiency, and UI responsiveness
  • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a versatile .NET developer with strong experience in Telerik Reporting and UI development, combined with mobile application expertise. They are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at building efficient, user-friendly reporting and data-driven applications. This individual thrives in both modern and legacy environments, is comfortable working across full-stack solutions, and communicates effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software products.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE



  • 3+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, WinForms, or WPF)
  • Strong experience with Telerik Reporting, including dynamic parameters and sub-reports
  • Proficiency with Telerik UI components for web or desktop applications
  • Experience developing mobile applications (Xamarin, .NET MAUI, React Native, or similar)
  • Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment
  • Exposure to PDFTron and ColdFusion is a plus
