Essential Functions Participate as a multidisciplinary engineering team member Assist with the design, development, integration, and testing of projects Assist with the documentation of data, specifications and spreadsheets Participate in the QA/QC process of projects Provide technical support to assigned team/ department Comply with PCC Code of Conduct Requirements Complete a cost improvement project Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required Actively enrolled in an Engineering four-year degree program- minimum second-year students Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials/Aerospace related degrees preferred Skills Required Must have excellent mathematical, analytical, problem solving and organizations skills Possess a strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office Ability to interact with all levels of personnel in cross-functional Additional Requirements This position requires 20 hours per week minimum onsite (hours may be slightly modified to accommodate for school schedule) Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
