Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities



  • Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in industrial environments
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery, motors, control panels, and production equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
  • Diagnose electrical faults using testing devices (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
  • Upgrade outdated electrical systems and components


The job often involves:



  • Working around heavy machinery
  • Climbing, lifting, and standing for long periods
  • Exposure to noise, heat, or hazardous conditions


Required Skills



  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
  • Familiarity with automation and control systems (PLCs, robotics)
  • Attention to safety and detail
  • Electrical Journey level Certification/License or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to carry out instructions when given (verbal and written).
  • Capacity to work independently, with others, or in groups.
  • The attitude to gather, review, and analyze information to identify and/or resolve problems.



Certifications



  • Journeyman Electrician License



Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $35 USD - $39 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
