With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Group is growing and seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, gas, diesel, and pneumatic construction equipment at our Shop location. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires!

Qualified candidates will have:



  • 3-5 years of experience working as a mechanic preferred.

    • Truck/heavy equipment experience preferred.


  • Analytical and critical thinking with problem solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability required.
