Summary
The Information Security Engineer III assumes a leadership role within their security team at Mass General Brigham. The Information Security Engineer III may represent the organization in industry forums or regulatory discussions. Additionally, this role actively engages with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to establish collaborative security strategies and ensure alignment with industry trends and best-in-class security practices Essential Functions -Leads the design and implementation of complex security solutions. -Acts as a technical leader within the team, guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. -Drives innovation by researching and proposing improved security solutions and technologies within their domain. -Ensures high-quality, maintainable solutions through code/build reviews and best-practice implementation. -Solves complex technical problems, including system-wide issues and critical incidents. -Drives cross-functional collaboration with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions.
