  • Develop a security readiness framework to help customers adopt Salesforce products and best practices across all phases of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption and post go-live).
  • Provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams on security features, customer risks, and adoption barriers, leveraging Cloud Success product feedback motion.
  • Drive increased adoption of Salesforce security capabilities, including encryption, monitoring, and governance features
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to position security capabilities effectively during customer engagements
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for customer security engagement across the Technology & Product division (including CISO), Sales, and the Customer Success and Cloud Success teams
  • Develop security playbooks, enablement materials, and training programs that target the Customer Success and Sales organizations
  • Establish measurable outcomes related to customer security experience and adoption, incident prevention and retros, as well as attrition avoidance, reporting monthly KPIs to CIC leadership

  • Experience with Salesforce security capabilities preferred - Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Security Center, and/or Data Cloud
  • Proven track record building and scaling customer-facing security programs in a SaaS or cloud environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
