Harmon Quality Manager Home base: Texas | 40% travel to Cincinnati, Ohio site We are hiring a hands on Quality Manager who knows how to lead people on the shop floor, prevent defects before they happen, and partner with Operations to keep production moving without sacrificing quality. This role owns product quality across fabrication, assembly, and glazing operations for curtainwall manufacturing. You will lead a team of Quality Techs and Inspectors at our Cincinnati facility while being based in Texas, traveling regularly to stay connected to the floor, the people, and the work. If you come from construction related manufacturing, metals, glass, automotive, aerospace, or another precision fabrication environment, this will feel very familiar. This is not a desk quality role. This is a visible leadership role on the floor and part of the site leadership team. What you will own

Travel and location This role is based in Texas and requires approximately 40% travel to our Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing site.
