Overview AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking our next Master Scheduler !! As the Master Scheduler for the NISSC 3 program, you will manage projects of varying scale and complexity by driving integrated scheduling, resource alignment, and coordinated execution across technical and support teams. You will be responsible for project planning, schedule and milestone management, risk and issue escalation, and ensuring compliance with deliverable and reporting requirements. Responsibilities * Facilitate status meetings, track project performance metrics, maintain documentation, and coordinate among technical, logistical, and government stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all tasks in support of program objectives. Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project and program schedules (e.g., milestones, dependencies, critical path). Qualifications * 4-6 years of experience managing projects or task orders in a technical or IT-focused environment. * Bachelor's degree in: Information Technology (IT) / Cybersecurity / Computer Science (CS) / Information Systems (IS)/ Data Science/ Software Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training and experience in project management, scheduling, or related field. * Active Secret clearance at time of hire. * Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI as required by the program. One or more of the following desired / strongly preferred:
* SecurityX / CASP+ * DAWIA PM Practitioner * GSEC * Security+ (Security+ CE acceptable) Notice of Anticipated Employment Opportunities These positions are being posted in anticipation of future employment opportunities, which may become available beginning around June 2026. AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $113,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
