The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 25.00 USD - 35.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The LSB Media - Amazon Intern will support key strategic initiatives across Amazon media, retail, and marketing operations. This role provides hands-on experience in full-funnel media, integrated campaign execution, retail merchandising, and emerging AI-driven search (LLM) experimentation within the Amazon ecosystem.

The intern will work cross-functionally with media, retail, and brand teams to contribute to high-impact projects that influence both online and in-store performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Endangered Scents (Primary Project)

Support the execution of a fully integrated, best-in-class marketing launch across Amazon and Whole Foods.

  • Assist in full-funnel media planning and execution (awareness conversion)

  • Support Amazon + Whole Foods integration across digital and in-store touchpoints

  • Contribute to development of in-store programs under the Greater Garden pillar

  • Help coordinate charity component integration into campaign storytelling

  • Track and report on campaign performance and key learnings

Marketing Operations
  • Support FY27 TELUS mapping and marketing operations planning

  • Assist in organizing campaign structures, timelines, and workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data alignment across platforms

Rufus GEO Testing / LLM Workstreams
  • Support ongoing experimentation with Amazon's Rufus and generative AI-driven search experiences

  • Assist in testing GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

  • Analyze performance and identify learnings for scaling LLM-informed content and media strategies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong interest in eCommerce, retail media, and digital marketing

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Interest in AI/LLM applications in marketing is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time,

  • In-office 5 days per week, San Francisco, CA

  • 8 week internship program

  • This position does not offer a housing stipend

  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned
