We are seeking aPharmacy Calibration Technicianwithastrong mechanical aptitude to join our team. In this role, you willbe responsible forhandling medications andmaintainingour automatedrobotic andtablet dispensing equipment (automatic pill counter). Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs

  • Conducting NDC conversions and additions

  • Replacing components as needed

  • Calibrating and validating pill counters to ensure accuracy

  • Keeping equipment clean and fully operational

  • This position requires attention to detail, technicalproficiency, and a commitment tomaintainingahigh standard of accuracy and reliability

Shift: Rotating Scheduled Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM and the following week is Tuesday - Fridays from 5 AM - 3:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot2-3automated robotic dispensingmachines
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, andcomponentreplacements
  • Conduct NDC conversions and additions
  • Stock and refill automated robotic equipment
  • Calibrate andvalidatepill counters to ensure dispensing accuracy
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness and proper functionality
  • Become a subject matter expert on robotic dispensing systems and processes
  • Assistin writing all documentation for newequipment
  • Train and support team members in equipment operation and maintenance

  • Adhere to company, state, and federal guidelines for licensing and training

  • Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed

  • Stand for up to 9 hours with intermittent breaks

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment

  • Maintain flexibility to meet shift requirements, including occasional overtime

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Technician License or Medication Handling License in the state of Arizona
  • 6+ months of experience in at least one of the following: pharmacy, electrical/mechanical equipment, automotive, electronics,HVAC,or electricity
  • Intermediate level ofproficiencywith basic hand tools (screwdriver,hexwrench, etc.)
  • Ability to stand, walk, andlift50poundsfrequentlyin a warehouseenvironment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
  • Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
  • Previousexperience in a mail order pharmacy
  • Intermediate computer and organization skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Competent in basic math equations, including various forms of measurements, whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals
  • Ability to focus on workload and achieve production and qualityobjectives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
