What you can expect to be doing:




  • Support the development, execution, and analysis of primary research activities, including crafting discussion guides and questionnaires, as well as consulting on and producing stimulus and field materials.
  • Draft data specifications and verify data files.
  • Conduct initial analysis of findings and collaborate with colleagues to tailor reporting to client objectives.
  • Participate in client briefings and debriefs.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights that inspire and inform clients.
  • Perform quality checks on key deliverables to ensure accuracy and the highest quality standards.
  • Assist colleagues and client partners in using analytics to address business and communication challenges.
  • Cultivate an understanding of relevant market sectors and competitor activities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Develop skills for responsible and collaborative work, seek growth opportunities through training (including MRS and Be. Sci).



This might be the job for you if you have:




  • Passionate about understanding consumers and the role brands play in their lives
  • Passionate about understanding marketing effectiveness and improving ROI for brands
  • Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviors, their mindset, needs and wants, which constantly drives you to answer the "why"
  • Very detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional languages are considered a plus
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Must be able to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • Analytical and creative with your approach to problem solving
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity, and open to learning new things
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong listening, written & oral communication skills
  • Ideally, 1 year experience in market research, data analytics, or marketing
  • Preferable to have experience with Forsta Surveys (also known as Decipher/Focus Vision)
  • Experience working with CPG and FMCG brands a plus

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $66,500. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
