Job Description:

The Finished Goods role is responsible for managing, handling, and controlling completed products in a controlled semiconductor environment from the end of production through storage, inventory accuracy, and shipment. This position ensures finished goods meet quality standards, are properly documented, and are delivered on time to customers or distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and record finished goods from production.

  • Verify product quality, quantities, labeling, and packaging against specifications.

  • Store finished goods in designated warehouse locations following FIFO/FEFO practices.

  • Prepare products for shipment, including picking, packing, and staging.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and shipping teams.

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or nonconformities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as directed by the manager.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations.

  • Basic computer skills: experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.

  • Ability to read work orders, bills of lading, and shipping documents.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50LBS.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, lot tracking, serialization).

  • Understanding quality standards and basic inspection techniques.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions
  • Warehouse/manufacturing environment.

  • Will involve standing, walking, lifting, and shift work for prolonged periods of time.

  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Performance Metrics
  • Inventory accuracy

  • On-time shipment rate

  • Compliance with safety and quality standard

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17.00 - $20.00.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
