This practice is located at 2600 Glasgow Ave # 120, Newark, DE 19702. ChristianaCare Women's Health at Glasgow provides comprehensive, patientcentered care for women at every stage of life. Our team delivers personalized care using evidencebased best practices and advanced technology in a supportive, collaborative environment. Services include routine exams, preventive screenings, Pap smears, and STI screening and treatment, with a strong focus on safety, education, and wholeperson care.

Duties / Responsibilities:

TheMedical Assistant Igreets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. They manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties, troubleshooting video visits, and supporting patient portal access.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED required.

• A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
