Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the creation, validation, and maintenance of documentation for both inside and outside fiber plant infrastructure. This includes detailed records of strands, cables, pathways, splicing, patching, rack allocations, and power allocations. All documentation is maintained in an intuitive format, ensuring that the IOC, Field Operations, and other key stakeholders can easily access and utilize the information. * Coordinate and direct internal stakeholders, contractors, and customers throughout the design, construction, installation, decommissioning, splicing, OTDR testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to STI's outside plant, inside plant, ancillary systems, and both owned and third-party colocation facilities. * Provide high-level fiber design and feasibility support, as well as develop new solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements * Contribute to the organization's strategy for maximizing fiber revenue by capitalizing on our connectivity assets * Network internally and externally to build relationships and partnerships that support business growth. * Assistance with STI capital projects for new business opportunities. * Partner and coordinate with STI sales and PD-Marketing to streamline communication and create efficiency in similar efforts. * Ensure that design and construction activities related to dark fiber leases and new sales opportunities are planned, prioritized, and executed efficiently by working cross-functionally with different teams and departments (Power Delivery, TO, Marketing, STI, etc.) * Work with lessees and partners as operational and maintenance needs arise * Collaborate internally with SCS TO, Power Delivery, Supply Chain, CRE, and other departments.
