Position Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and growth of the
company. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the jewelry market,
exceptional business acumen, and the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders. Fluency
in Hebrew and English is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan and vision to drive growth and
profitability.
•Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers,
and industry partners.
•Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
•Lead and mentor the executive team, promoting professional development and teamwork.
•Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies to meet changing demands.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•Understanding the internationally process of imports and export
Qualifications:
•Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
•Expert knowledge of the diamond recut process, including technical assessment, cutting
strategy, equipment oversight, and value optimization.
•In-depth understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, quality control, and
production efficiency.
•Expertise in international trade, including import/export compliance.
•Deep familiarity with global diamond and jewelry markets, supply chains, and consumer
trends.
•Proven C-suite or senior executive experience in the jewelry or diamond industry.
