Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) with strong Infrastructure and Heavy Civil experience, to join our growing construction division. The SSHO will oversee all aspects of project-specific safety programs on complex construction projects. The person selected for this role will assist project and safety management in the oversight and execution of the project's health and safety program in accordance with regulatory requirements, client obligations, and project goals. This person will integrate our SEE Safety in Action culture into the project to achieve our goal of zero-incidents.
