The Compensation Manager provides subject-matter expertise and leadership for the design, implementation, communication, and administration of HarleyDavidson's compensation programs. This includes base pay, short- and long-term incentive plans, global compensation frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Working in close partnership with the Compensation team, Human Resources, and business leaders, this role supports the strategic direction of compensation programs in alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy. The role serves as a trusted internal advisor, ensuring compensation programs attract and retain talent, reinforce desired behaviors, and reward achievement of successful business results. The Compensation Manager ensures that compensation programs are internally equitable, externally competitive, and administered in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. This position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3 years of people management experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
