Change Coordinator Hybrid/ DC Pay From: $50,000+ Per year MUST Change Coordinator Public trust clearable Required Qualifications Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Federal/DHS experience Preferred IT change/configuration management exposure Preferred Knowledge of NIST, FISMA * Understanding of ITIL Required Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (no experience required) DUTIES Coordinate and manage change requests across DHS components Review and document change requests prior to CAB submission Support impact analysis and risk assessments Assist with CAB meetings and track action items Ensure approved changes are implemented and documented Maintain repositories (ServiceNow, SharePoint) Track configuration baselines and version control Assist with configuration audits Maintain technical documentation Generate reports and support audits Coordinate rollback plans Support IT audits, security assessments, and reporting requirements Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
