Executive Assistant to CEO Location - Dallas (on-site Lewisville Headquarters) Starting Salary Range - $120,000-$135,000 We're hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant who serves as a trusted strategic partner to the GMR Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level administrative support, strategic enablement, enterprise-level operations coordination, and leadership support across a complex, fast paced, and mission critical enterprise. This role acts as an extension of the CEO-ensuring priorities are coordinated, communications are aligned, and execution is seamless across internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this person will play a key role in elevating our culture through GMR's core behaviors to support a positive organizational experience. Responsibilities: Executive Administrative Support
- The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation for meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Coordinates enterprise governance processes and executive meetings, including Board and executive cadence, agendas, materials, presentations, documentation, and post meeting follow-up actions
- Manages sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Strategic Enablement
- Enables execution of the CEO's priorities by translating strategic objectives into coordinated actions, timelines, and follow through
- Proactively manages competing demands on the CEO's time, exercising sound judgment and recommending prioritization aligned to enterprise-wide goals
- Maintains strong awareness of organizational dynamics, risks, and opportunities to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Supports special projects, events, and strategic initiatives requiring executive oversight, discretion, and cross functional coordination
Enterprise Coordination
- Serves as a central point of coordination between the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely execution
- Partners with department executive assistants and senior leaders to maintain consistent executive rhythms, operational continuity, and information flow
- Tracks exec commitments, decisions, and actions to ensure accountability and continuity across the organization
- Acts as a strategic barometer for the CEO by maintaining awareness of organizational priorities, risks, and sensitivities, ensuring the CEO remains informed of key commitments, decisions, and follow-ups
Leadership
- Serves as a trusted gatekeeper and connective bridge for the CEO, facilitating seamless communication while maintaining credibility, trust, and executive presence
- Influences without authority by enabling strong relationships, clear communication, and alignment across senior leadership
- Demonstrates GMR's core behaviors and sound judgment with internal or external contacts and stakeholders.

Education
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive executive administrative or senior executive support experience, with significant time supporting C-suite or CEO level leaders
* Proven track record of successfully operating in a highly complex, fastmoving, and confidential executive environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces
- Healthcare or emergencymedicalservicesexperience
