The Graphic Designer collaborates with the marketing team to develop innovative, high-quality visual assets that support company and client objectives. This role requires creativity, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on a wide range of print and digital design projects that meet company and customer goals.
  • Use industry-leading tools and software (including SaaS platforms) to conceptualize and produce innovative designs.
  • Produce creative, compelling layouts for digital content and print materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand standards and client style guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and user experience.

Lottery-Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lottery's graphic designer to create print and digital assets that support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Apply and uphold Lottery brand standards across all creative materials to ensure consistency.
  • Attend recurring meetings with the Lottery marketing team to align on priorities and campaigns.
  • Design and produce branded materials for Lottery equipment, including terminal wraps and labels.
  • Create assets for retail digital signage, including terminal-connected or adjacent display units.
  • Develop content for the Lottery's digital platforms, including email marketing, social media, and website.
  • Build and assist in managing virtual training modules, particularly for sales agents.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors such as printers and advertising agencies.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support multimedia initiatives with video editing (preferred).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia production, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic or multimedia designer, production artist, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of web design and HTML/HTML5 is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening.
  • Must provide documentation establishing identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
