Seasonal Inspect and Pack

Looking for some summer cash and experience?

We're adding Seasonal Hand Inspectors/Packagers to the crew to check quality and keep things moving. Start as soon as mid-April and end September 4.

Shift Hours:

Until Memorial Day - Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

After Memorial Day - Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Fridays 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Must-Haves for the Job

• Previous experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus, but not required
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to do repetitive tasks with your hands
• Can stand or sit for extended periods
• Able and willing to learn new skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation tasks
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

We believe that "success is a team effort", and that's why you will be provided mentorship guidance to help get you started. All you need to bring is a little positivity and be willing to learn new things.

Job Description

• Inspect products for quality defects, folding of products, and packaging products into boxes
• Able to stand or sit for long periods of time, often doing repetitive motions
• Able to read and use a ruler marked in inches and millimeters
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
• Has good written/oral communication skills
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some assembly jobs will require strength to lift heavy objects during the packaging process
