Description Holden Mechanical is seeking a skilled Licensed HVAC/R Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial mechanical systems in Worcester, MA. This role covers a broad range of equipment including heating systems (boilers, furnaces, geothermal), ventilation (ductwork, air balancing, industrial systems), air conditioning (VRF, chilled water, humidity control), and refrigeration (walk-in units, process cooling, data centers). As part of a full-service mechanical contractor, the technician will work on repairs, retrofits, preventative maintenance, and new system installations. This position also supports piping installation, energy-efficient upgrades, and collaboration with engineering and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end mechanical solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Environment: This position requires the employee to work both inside and outside. The employee may be subject to loud noises and hot and cold temperatures while on work site. Positions Type and Expected hours of Work: This is a full-time 40-hour position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
