What you'll do:

SUMMARY:
The Branch Coordinator plays a key
role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivery while providing
exceptional customer support. This role
serves as a central point of communication between customers, sales, production,
and accounting while maintaining accurate tracking, compliance, and timely
execution of daily operational priorities.

JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including quotes, payments, order verification, and accurate system updates.
Maintain and update delivery logs, production trackers, and status reports to ensure real-time visibility of order progress and priorities.
Coordinate closely with production, upfit, and assembly teams to ensure job readiness, scheduling alignment, and on-time completion.
Oversee shipment and delivery activities, including creating bills of lading, scheduling pickups, monitoring freight, and resolving transportation issues with domestic and international carriers.
Track chassis receipt, allocation, status updates, and inventory accuracy; coordinate bailment pool reporting and VIN reconciliation.
Ensure all required documentation, job packets, and paperwork are complete, accurate, and properly distributed throughout the production and delivery lifecycle.
Serve as a key point of contact for sales, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, delivery timing, and issue resolution.
Support accounting and administrative functions, including invoice processing, PO documentation, receiving slips, and time correction records.
Coordinate outside lot inventory, truck movement, repairs, and deliveries to maintain efficient yard and shop operations.
Support onboarding and safety compliance activities by preparing, maintaining, and archiving orientation and training documentation.
Order parts and supplies as needed to support production and operational continuity.
Maintain daily operational metrics and reports, including upfit and assembly performance tracking.
What you need to be successful:

QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or GED required
Three or more (3+ years) of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven understanding of third-party (3PL) operations
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
Ability to communicate effectively
