Position Summary Manage and support digital banking systems and system integrations, including the enhancement of existing digital platforms and the evaluation of system capabilities, workflows, and limitations. Analyze digital banking opportunities and challenges to develop and implement solutions addressing complex business problems, system administration issues, or network-related concerns. Evaluate and recommend commercially available software solutions. Partner closely with departmental leaders to assess memberfacing business needs and design solutions that effectively leverage systems and processes with a considerable degree of autonomy. Perform all duties in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. Supervises: None Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities * Monitor digital banking systems, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and coordinate the restoration to normal functioning. * Capture, document, analyze and prioritize business requirements based upon stakeholder needs and best practice research. * Participate in crossfunctional software implementation, migration, and conversion initiatives. * Identify ways to improve the adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with digital banking offerings using analytics, voice-of-member feedback and benchmarking. * Document departmental policies and procedures and conduct annual vendor security reviews. * Review release notes and perform pretesting and deployments in a logical and timely manner. * Provide employees and members with assistance solving digital banking related problems such as malfunctions and program issues. * Train employees and members to work with digital banking systems and programs. Minimum Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline preferred. Certificates/Licenses Reliable transportation is required. Certified Business Analysist Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred. Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience Related digital banking experience in a professional business environment required: 31-53 years Working knowledge of computers, smartphones, tablets, operating systems, software, etc. with ability to troubleshoot related issues required: 3-5 years Additional Requirements Job Knowledge * Intermediate knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) principles and practices. * Advanced computer skills in digital banking and Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of networking systems and equipment and computer hardware proficiency; strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI), databases (SQL etc.). * Working knowledge of Business Intelligence. * Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships with other departments and interact professionally with diverse groups. * Strong understanding of trends in consumer technology, user interfaces software, platform, hardware, and data. * Ability to translate business needs and processes into system requirements and visual workflow diagrams. Working Conditions Work Environment * Shared work area, i.e., cubicle Physical Demands * Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting at a desk) for extended periods. * Occasional movement around the office to attend meetings or collaborate with team members. * Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment as needed.
