The Role & Your Impact

As SAP S/4HANA Super User - Quality Operations, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Quality processes during the S/4HANA implementation and beyond. This role is primarily focused on execution and optimization, with opportunities to influence standardized, complaint, and efficient quality processes.

You will represent Quality Operations in system design, testing, deployment, and postgolive support, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements are fully embedded in SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Represent Quality Operations in SAP S/4HANA design workshops and project meetings

  • Translate Quality business requirements into systemsupported processes

  • Support the design and validation of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) processes, including inspections, usage decisions, quality notifications, and batch management

  • Develop and execute test scenarios, support UAT, and track Qualityrelated defects

  • Support quality master data readiness, validation, and cutover activities

  • Act as the primary Quality Operations SME for training, job aids, and enduser support

  • Provide golive, hypercare, and firstline support for Qualityrelated system issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and reporting within S/4HANA Quality processes

What You'll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong quality and compliance mindset along with handson experience supporting quality systems and crossfunctional collaboration.

Musthave qualifications include:

  • BS with a science concentration

  • Experience supporting or participating in an SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation

  • Strong understanding of quality operations and quality management processes

  • Familiarity with regulated industry requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO)

  • Experience working with crossfunctional stakeholders in manufacturing or operations environments

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problemsolving skills

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking

  • Ability to influence, support change, and promote standardization

  • Continuous improvement orientation

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

While not required, the following are considered an advantage:

  • Exposure to SAP QM integrations with MM, PP, and WM/EWM

  • Experience supporting validation activities, audits, or inspections

  • Prior involvement in user training or change management

  • Interest in process optimization and digital enablement within Quality

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

This role is onsite at West Allis, with some travel required to support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.

We value close collaboration while supporting flexibility where possible to balance project and operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
