ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Keep track of absenteeism on a daily basis using the point system.
  • Authorized to conduct background and reference checks.
  • Assist with orientation for new hires.
  • Screen all accident reports and maintain OSHA 200 Log.
  • Process and file Workers' Compensation claims.
  • Authorized to enroll hourly employees in all company benefits according to schedule.
  • Maintain benefit records for all hourly benefits.
  • Authorized to interface with employees to provide assistance in answering benefit questions and solving problems.
  • Conduct all Human Resource functions in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
  • Authorized to maintain and organize all hourly personnel files in prescribed manner.
  • Assist HR Manager in various clerical functions as directed.
  • Performs other essential functions as required.
  • Authorized to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to products, processes and quality systems.


Requirements Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS, detailed oriented, degree preferred in related field.
