We are hiring Senior and Principal Product Managers (Multiple Positions)tolead thestrategy,delivery,and adoption ofAI-poweredandagenticsolutionsthat modernize how engineers meet evolvingsecurity, regulatory,and compliance requirements,whilemateriallyimproving developer experience, automation, and efficiency at scale.

In this role, you willwork at the intersection offrontier AI, engineering systems,and security fundamentals,reimaginghowintelligent automation can reduce toil and elevate engineering productivity.You will partnercloselywith engineering, research, data science,and service fundamentalteamstodeliverhigh-impact, high-quality solutionsthat arebroadly adoptedand trusted.

Theserolesareideal forexperiencedproduct leaderswhothrivein high ambiguous problemspace,operatewithsignificant autonomy, and drive impact through deep technicaljudgement and cross-org influence.Successful candidateswill beeffective at collaborating across geographiesandcultures, using clear communication, structured execution, and stakeholder alignment to drive outcomes at scale.If you are energized bya fast-moving spaceand want to set the direction rather than follow it, this role is for you.

This role requires regular cross-time zone collaboration with engineering teams in India.The preferred work location for thisposition ison-site inRedmond,WA.

Responsibilities
  • Define andevolvethe product vision, roadmap, and success metricsfor AI-driven, agentic solutions that improve developer experience, engineeringefficiencyandcompliance outcomes.

  • Identity high-leverage opportunities to simplify, automate andeliminateengineering toilusing AIandbalancing long-termstrategy with the ability to adapt quickly as frontier AI capabilities evolve.

  • Driveand deliverproduct capabilitiesthatsupport security,compliance, and regulatoryrequirements with a focus on automation,usability,and developerexperience.

  • Partner closelywithcentral security, compliance,and engineering teams acrossNorth America, India,and other global locationstodrive alignment anddeliverscalable solutions.

    • This role requires regular cross-time zone collaboration with engineering teams in India.
  • Driveplanning, pilot design, adoption, and rolloutof solutionsused bythousands of engineersacross large, distributed organizations.

  • Communicateproduct direction, roadmap, risks,andoutcomesclearlytotechnical and executive stakeholdersin different regions.

  • Enabletransparent change management, proactively engagingstakeholdersandengineering communitiesto drive clarity and adoption.

  • Use data, adoption signals, and customer feedbackto continuously improve product impact and usability.



Qualifications

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+years' experiencein product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

PreferredQualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with direct experience defining and shipping products in complex technical domains (e.g.developer tools, engineering platforms, AI-driven systems).

  • Hands-on experience experimenting withAI and LLM-powered workflows, including AI-assisted development, automation, or agentic solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability tolead large cross-org initiatives,exercising technical judgement and program leadership.

  • Direct experienceinfluencing without authorityand navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience drivingmulti-year, durable outcomesthat improve engineering efficiency,quality,and organizational momentum.

  • Experiencein security,compliance,or engineering fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft'sengineeringecosystem (e.g.cloud service,SDL,compliance framework,GitHub, Azure DevOps etc.).

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
