Senior Trade Compliance Specialist - Export Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid) Pay: $45/hour We are seeking a skilled Senior Trade Compliance Specialist to support global export operations with a strong focus on EAR and ITAR regulations. This role is ideal for an experienced export classification professional who can assess, document, and defend compliance decisions in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform export classifications using EAR/CCL and ITAR/USML guidelines Determine Country of Origin and licensing requirements Conduct restricted party screening (RPS) and maintain compliance records Prepare and submit export licenses and EEI filings Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, and global teams Support audits and ensure accurate trade compliance documentation Maintain ERP data for export classifications and HTS codes Develop work instructions and compliance procedures Analyze data and generate KPIs and compliance reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of trade compliance or export control experience Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, CCL, USML, and U.S. trade regulations Experience with classification, licensing, and audit support Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance This is a high-impact role for a professional who understands export fundamentals, classification processes, and global trade regulations.
