POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and guidance of the Sr. Director of Real Estate and Space Management, manages in-house and outside resources for the purpose of delivering cost effective project management design services and construction administration for new facilities, additions and/or interior renovation projects. Oversees, delegates and /or outsources the project responsibilities as required. Assists and leads in an on-going hospital wide major capital construction project. Will be expected to manage a team of both inside staff and outside vendors to define, develop, design and construct a project in excess of $15 million dollars. Strong knowledge, leadership and collaboration skills are required to work with clinical and support departments throughout the hospital. This will optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication, and construction. Compensation Range: $83,000.00- $120,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
