Our client is looking for a Program Coordinator, Talent Development to join their team!

This is a 9 month long, 40 hours/week contract (OT elligible) that will require onsite work (Mon-Thurs, Friday WFH) in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:



  • Support the execution and scaling of talent development programs for directors, writers, and producers, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner with program leadership to build, document, and refine workflows, improving operational efficiency and enabling programs to scale effectively.
  • Manage program logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, communications, and coordination of workshops, masterclasses, labs, and events (virtual and in-person).
  • Maintain and track program data, timelines, and milestones across systems such as Airtable and Google Workspace, ensuring accuracy, organization, and visibility across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for program participants, alumni, and partners, managing communications, inquiries, and ongoing engagement with a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain program materials, including presentations, one-pagers, reports, and documentation that support both internal alignment and external engagement.
  • Proactively identify process improvements, tools, and templates to enhance program operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the participant experience.
  • Support data collection and reporting efforts, synthesizing participant feedback and program metrics to inform future strategy and continuous improvement.


Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative support, ideally within entertainment, media, or a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with data tracking and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Airtable (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external creative talent.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in dynamic environments.
  • Interest in talent development, storytelling, and supporting creative communities within the entertainment industry.
  • Experience working with above-the-line talent, agents, or production teams is a plus.


The pay for this W-2 position is $40.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
