Get to Know Your Team:

• BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.

• The Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the facility's needs. Said skills shall be commensurate with those expected of an entry-level technician, as determined by his immediate supervisor.

• Diagnose basic problems related to maintenance in related equipment and/or building maintenance.

• Ability and willingness to adapt to changing needs and possibly hazardous conditions.

• Attend all relevant in-services and other technical training as determined by your immediate supervisor.

• Must have good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.

• Basic computing skills.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be over the age of 21 for BSA's drivers' insurance.

• A Facility Tech: I should have at least one year of experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance.

• Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the supervisor's discretion

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Willingness to be available for training classes.
